Our Adaptive program is designed for children and adults with behavioral or learning needs such as Autism, Down Syndrome, ADHD, and more.

We offer a quiet gym environment (generally exclusive to the program), a small group setting, and a low coach-to-participant ratio. We are pleased to offer this program at a reduced rate compared to our standard one-hour classes.
Each class includes structured gymnastics instruction and/or open gym time to accommodate a range of interests and abilities.
We ask that one adult per family remain onsite—either to assist in the gym or observe from the viewing room. If 1:1 support is required, we kindly ask that you provide a dedicated support person.
